The neighbourhood offers a diverse range of housing options, including rental properties, affordable townhouses, and single-detached homes across various price points.

Amenities

The more upscale homes are generally found in the newer sections of Chicopee. Recreational opportunities abound with Chicopee ski hill providing year-round activities. The Fairway Road strip features excellent shopping, dining, and a movie theater, while Fairview Mall, currently undergoing renovations, is another popular destination.
