Some homes date back to the late 1960s and feature large lots with ample space and privacy. These include bungalows, two-story houses, and A-frames. In contrast, other parts of the neighbourhood feature denser developments with mostly two-story and split-level homes built in the 1980s. The southern end of Brigadoon boasts new construction, including two-story detached homes and townhomes.
